*Celebrate Israel’s 72nd Independence Day from home*
The Department of Diaspora Affairs in the World Zionist Organization in partnership with Keren Hayesod UIA , Israeli Embassy in London and Beit Hatfutsot want to thank the hundreds who’ve participated in our contest in honor of the 72nd anniversary of the State of Israel.
Without the tens of thousands who’ve watched and shared we wouldn’t get pictures from 47 different countries and 5 continents
Now we’ve reached the most important and fun part – voting for the winning picture!

The photos will participate in an online competition over social media, and will also be evaluated by a panel of professional judges including: Chairman of the Jewish Agency for Israel – Isaac Herzog, World Chairman of Keren Hayesod – UIA, Sam Grundwerg, Ambassador of Israel to the UK – Mark Regev, Former Minister Tzipi Livni, known photographer, Ziv Koren and Photographer and creator of “Humans of Tel Aviv” Erez Kagnovitz. The winner who takes first place will be awarded an airline ticket to Israel, a tour of Tel Aviv and a photography workshop with Erez Kaganovitz of “Humans of Tel Aviv”. Prestigious prizes will also be granted to second and third place winners, and prizes will be raffled amongst all participants, including the opportunity for the work of the first 20 participants who join the competition to be included in a special exhibition to be held at the Museum of the Jewish People at Beit Hatfutsot.
